Plum Policy


To book your appointment, please call us directly at (717) 735-2322. We accept all major credit cards which are required to hold your reservation. We recommend booking spa appointments a week in advance; however, we understand our clients busy lives and will always try our best to accommodate a last minute revelation of “I need to unwind….now”.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule any salon or spa appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, 50% of the published price will be charged. Any appointment missed without prior notice will be charged the full 100% of the published service price. A valid credit card number is required to reserve any appointment.


For “Plum Perfect” spa relaxation…. 

We offer an experience….somewhere where you invest in yourself and forget about time and schedules. Please feel free to arrive well before your recommended check-in, slip into a plush robe and slippers in our private changing area, and relax with your favorite book, or just catch up from your busy week with a lounge under one of our relaxing mood chandeliers. Spend time on yourself, we encourage it.


Spa Parties

For Spa Parties of 3 or more guests, we recommend contacting us with at least 2 weeks prior notice to help ensure availability for your groups services. If you are looking to schedule something with less notice, no need to worry, we will make every effort possible to accommodate your groups requests.



Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled Salon appointment and 15-30 minutes prior to any spa appointment. For first time spa clients, we require you to complete a form so we can better assess your individual care. First time clients should arrive to our spa a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their service to ensure enough time to complete the form, slip into a robe and slippers, and begin your spa experience with a relaxed, calm state of mind. Please present all gift cards and promotional coupons at check-in.


Service Charge

An additional 20% service charge will be added to all spa Packages and spa groups of 3 people or more. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is discretional. Prices and services subject to change without notice.


New Medical Conditions

For repeat spa clients who have previously filled out our new client intake form, upon scheduling your appointment, please notify us if you are pregnant or undergoing any new medical treatment not previously mentioned, as this may limit your service options.


Cell phone usage

For salon guests; we do allow cell phone usage in our waiting area, but we encourage guests to step outside into the common area of the building to allow for a more relaxing atmosphere for all guests of the salon.
For spa guests; we do not allow cell phone usage in the spa area. We ask that you please turn off your cell phone at the time of check-in and prior to placing it into your locker.


Late for an appointment

We understand that things come up, but regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for our next guest. If scheduling permits, we will try our best to accommodate your full appointment. When shortened, the full service price will be charged. For instances where we do not have enough time to perform a service, we will need to charge your credit card in accordance with our cancellation policy.


Minimum Age requirements

Salon and spa guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. For hair and nail clients, we do require a minimum age of 6 years old to safely perform our services. Spa clients must be a minimum of 14 years old to enter the spa. Certain exceptions are possible with parental guidance. Please discuss any requests you may have with our Guest Services Team.


Gift Card sales

Give the gift of self-renewal to friends, family and co-workers and let them experience the Art of Beauty & Well Being. For “out-of-towners” or “efficiency connoisseurs”, we offer ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATES that are purchased here on our website with a credit card. Online gift certificates can be either printed and sent by the purchaser or emailed directly to the recipient. Please ” click here” to purchase and browse our different certificate design options. For your convenience, gift card sales are always available in store at our front desk during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise noted, all “specially priced” packages or services, including our monthly specials, are not available as a gift certificate.
All gift card sales are final.

At Plum Salon and Spa, we utilize all of the information we collect to enhance your overall experience. Guest information is not shared with any parties outside of Plum Salon and Spa and our designated agents. Your personal information is accessible only by designated Plum Salon and Spa administrative employees typically inclusive of our guest services team and management. No individual personal information or other sensitive information is stored on this website, accessible outside of our administrative team, or is accessible by any third party. To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts so that any attempt to access information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
